Dee –Dee (white/ fawn bitch) born February 2003

'Butter wouldn’t melt' first springs to mind when you first meet this gorgeous girl. Dee-Dee is very nervous around people she doesn’t know - but take her into a home environment with someone she trusts and she has you wrapped around her little paws. Whenever we foster Dee-Dee we always end up giving her exactly what she wants... our sofa and our bed! This girl is so special we just can’t say no to her and she knows it! She’s loves nothing more than cuddling up with you either resting her paws or head on your shoulder. She is a whiz on the stairs - probably because she knows she is going to bed! She is very inquisitive in the kitchen and doesn’t seem to mind the household appliances in the slightest. She is completely clean in the house and behaves impeccably when meeting other dogs of all shapes and sizes and has never shown any aggression at all - if anything she is a bit timid. She is a pleasure to walk and quite happily walks/trots beside you -never pulls. She is improving in confidence all the time and no longer needs any encouragement to get in the car. She also travels well now - laying down for most of the journey. Dee Dee would suit a quieter home with an experienced doggy person who is willing to invest patience and love in this incredibly special girl. We have completely fallen in love with Dee Dee - such is her charm. We truly hope that she will find someone who will give her the loving home she deserves.
